How it works

Use your order number as the reference and send us the receipt.
- 3We confirm and pack
Once payment arrives, we check and carefully pack your order.
- 4On its way to you
Our courier partner delivers it. Track it online any time.
Delivery charges
The charge depends on your district. Pick your district in the cart and you will see the exact amount before you place the order. If a free-delivery offer applies, you will see it at checkout.
Paying by bank transfer
- Our bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in your order email.
- Transfer the order total and use your order number as the reference.
- Send the receipt to contact@saifstore.com or on our live chat.
- Please pay within 3 days. We confirm your order once the money reaches us.
We will never ask you to pay into a different account by phone or message. If anyone does, please check with us first.
Delivery time
It depends on your district and the courier. Orders within the Eastern Province usually arrive fastest. We share an estimate when we confirm your order.
Tips for a smooth delivery

Add a landmark or nearby junction if your home is hard to find.
Reachable phone
Keep your phone nearby when your order is out for delivery.
Check the parcel
Look it over when it arrives and keep the packaging for a few days.
Report quickly
Tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong or damaged.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver outside Sri Lanka?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Sri Lanka only.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if I am not home?
The courier will usually call you. If they cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
