    We email you a request number (RET-…) straight away.

    We check the details and tell you how to send the item back.

    Once we receive and check the item, we complete it.

What can be returned

No change of mind

We cannot take items back because you changed your mind. Please check the size, colour and details before you order.

Wrong, damaged or faulty

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. We cover the return delivery.

Check on arrival

Open your parcel the day it arrives and keep the packaging until you are happy with everything.

Electronics

Please test it on arrival. A fault that shows up later is handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, where there is one.

Common questions

Who pays for the return delivery?

We do, for wrong, damaged or faulty items reported within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How do I send the item back?

Please do not send anything before we reply. Once we review your request, we will tell you how to return it.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Only if we sent the wrong size or colour, or the item is damaged or faulty. Then we exchange it if it is in stock, or refund you.

How long does a refund take?

We start an approved refund within 7 working days. Your bank may need a few more days.
